What happens after I sign up as a Beauty Advisor by sending in my completed application?

Your application will be reviewed to determine that it is complete. Once it is completed and accepted, then your order will be entered for your Materials Starter Kit. Once this order is approved, then you will receive an email welcoming you to the Dudley team.This email will also give you instructions on placing future orders.

Who do I contact if I have questions?

How do I place my order for my kit products?

Email your completed Beauty Advisor Order Form to beautyadvisor@dudleyq.com or fax it to 888-254-3336. Once your order is received, then it will be processed within 24-48 hours. You will receive a sales order confirmation by email.

What are the methods available to me to place my Beauty Advisor orders?

To provide you with 24-hour convenience, you will be able to place your orders through email or fax through the comfort of your surroundings.

When will commissions be paid to me?

Commissions are paid out on the 15th of each month for the sales of the previous month. For example, when you qualify for different sales levels during October, then you will be paid commission for those sales in November.

How is the commission paid?

Commissions are deposited directly into the checking account that you provided with the initial application. You should expect to see the money in your account within 3-5 business days after the 15th depending upon your particular bank.

Do I get commission on my kit order?

No. Kit orders are non-commissionable

How do I sign up Beauty Club members?

a. Members who pay the $15 membership fee.
When you place your order, then please put the membership fee (Code is BECL01) in just like you would a product. Take note of the Sales Order number. Next, Send an email or fax with the Sales Order number and the new Beauty Club member’s Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Telephone number, and email address.

b. Members who buy $100 from you at 1 time
Please email or fax a copy of the Client Order Form along with the new Beauty Club member’s Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Telephone number, and email address.

How do I sign up new Beauty Advisors?

You are able to sign them up by having them complete an application & fax or email it to the company. To help you with this process, you can show the potential Beauty Advisor, the Dudley Beauty Advisor video and powerpoint.

What are my minimum qualifications for the month to stay an active Beauty Advisor and to enjoy the benefits?

As an active Beauty Advisor, your activity amount is only $100 retail value ($70 actual costs) per calendar month. For example, when you place a $300 order on November 12, then you are qualified for the month of November as an active Beauty Advisor.

What happens if I don’t meet my minimum qualifications for the month?

If you do not meet your qualifications, to stay active then you will automatically become a Beauty Club member and be able to enjoy a 15% discount off the retail prices for one year. After 6 months, then you will be able to reapply as a Beauty Advisor

Will you notify me about my numbers each month?

Yes. An email will be sent on the 20th & the 28th of each month if you have not met your sales activity number. However, it is your responsibility as a Beauty Advisor to know your sales information. No other notifications will be sent.
