Terrie Clawson, Director of International Sales & Key Accounts, is responsible for recruiting and nurturing International distributors worldwide. Additionally, she has full P&L responsibility for key accounts within the Dudley customer network. A 40 year veteran of Dudley, she has successfully helped to develop distributors in the following countries: Africa, England, Mexico, the Virgin Islands, Bahamas, Barbados, the French Caribbean, Suriname, Brazil, and Australia. Ms. Clawson has held numerous positions over the years including, but not limited to, Pioneer Route Sales Manager, Director of Dudley Cosmetology University, and Dudley Salon Group Manager. She is a member of the Dudley Executive committee and reports directly to the President of Dudley Beauty Corp, LLC.
She has an MBA from Wake Forest University.
When asked the question, how one can accomplish one’s goals in life, she responds: “Find someone that has what you want and more. Then follow without question, without doubt or reservation. Believe that God will meet you at your level of expectation.”
Marcus Eldridge, Director of National Distributor Sales, is responsible for managing the nationwide Dudley distributor network. His responsibilities include consultations concerning their market penetration, inventory levels, and seminar planning. To increase his effectiveness, Mr. Eldridge also serves as a part-time distributor in the Roanoke, Virginia area. A 39-year veteran of Dudley, Marcus Eldridge has been Transportation Director at DCU, a National Sales Trainer, and a Pioneer in opening up markets for Dudley such as Detroit, MI. He is a member of the Dudley Executive committee and reports directly to the President of Dudley Beauty Corp, LLC.
He is married and the father of 2 boys. Mr. Eldridge is a devoted member of Bethania AME Zion Church and serves as a Deacon, Inspirational Choir Member and Financial Board Member

Lori Haskins, Director of National Distributor Sales, is responsible for managing the nationwide Dudley distributor network. Her responsibilities include consultations concerning their market penetration, inventory levels, and seminar planning. As a 14-year veteran of Dudley, she has quickly built a reputation as an excellent salesperson and through her marketing prowess has exceeded expectations and broken sales records in every department. Most notably, she set a sales record of $54,000 in cosmetic products sold IN ONE WEEK! She is a member of the Dudley Executive committee and reports directly to the President of Dudley Beauty Corp, LLC.
Prior to joining Dudley, Ms. Haskins was the salon owner of UPE, a full service total beauty concept which used Dudley products exclusively. In that capacity, she was recognized as one of Dudley’s Elite Customers and won the Retailer of the Year Award from Dudley Products
She is the mother of Samuel Haskins and her main belief in life, is “All things are possible through God, for without Him none of my successes, past, present, and future, would have come to pass”.
Annie Higgins, Senior Professional Sales Specialist, is responsible for consulting with cosmetologists and distributors nationwide. She focuses on providing the beauty professional with all of the tools they need to be successful including, but not limited to, adequate inventory information, product knowledge, and business building ideas. She is a member of the Dudley Executive committee and reports directly to the President of Dudley Beauty Corp, LLC.
Ms. Higgins has been a licensed cosmetologist for over 26 years and a 39-year veteran of Dudley. During these years, she has served in many capacities such as Salon Manager, Direct Salesperson, and Retail Store Manager. Ms. Higgins is most grateful for her time that she spent in Zimbabwe as a cosmetology instructor for the company.
Ms. Higgins is a mother and grandmother. She keeps herself motivated by repeating to herself each morning “ My mind is a fine piece of equipment. Since my mind is my use of the One mind, my mind knows the answer to every problem and knows that it knows. I have all of the equipment necessary for me to successfully meet this day.”
Nellie Lee, Marketing & Education Specialist, is responsible for the content, quality, and accuracy of all of the educational information on products, hair styling techniques, and classes. As a 30-year licensed cosmetologist and instructor, Ms. Lee is the go to person for all technical information such as product specifications, MSDS information, and proper product usage. During her 36 years with Dudley, she has proven to be a valuable asset as a Beauty School Director, Direct Sales Branch Manager, and Pioneer Route Salesperson. Additionally, Ms. Lee is the Dudley Beauty Corp, LLC contact with the North Carolina State Board and is responsible for securing credit hours for Dudley classes. She is a member of the Dudley Executive committee and reports directly to the President of Dudley Beauty Corp, LLC.
Ms. Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts from UNC-Chapel Hill in Early Childhood Education and Psychology. She is married and the mother of 1. Her favorite song is “Champion” by Darwin Hobbs.
Rafael Quijandria, Warehouse Manager, is responsible for the full supply chain process from acquiring raw materials to shipping Dudley products to the customer. He is a member of the Dudley Executive Committee and reports directly to the President of Dudley Beauty Corp, LLC.
Prior to joining Dudley Mr. Quijandria worked six years in the Supply Chain area of Ralph Lauren corporation and was raised in Peru. Mr. Quijandria is an Engineer in Animal Science and has an MBA from University of Central Florida.
He is married and the father of two girls.
Kim Simmons, Director of National Beauty School Division, is responsible for full profit-and-loss for the company’s beauty school operations and for restaging that business for sustainable long-term growth. To that end, she is developing the marketing intelligence and insights that support Dudley’s marketing and sales strategies to the beauty school owner, instructor, and student. She is a member of the Dudley Executive committee and reports directly to the President of Dudley Beauty Corp, LLC.
Prior to joining Dudley 11 years ago, Ms. Simmons was responsible for luxury stores’ retail accounts with Bijan Fragrances, the Cosmetics Department Manager for Saks Fifth Avenue, and a Beauty Salon Manager for SFA as well.
Ms. Simmons studied Communications at Hofstra and Temple Universities. She is a licensed dog trainer and an avid dog lover. Her mantra is the Golden Rule: Do unto others, as you would have them do unto you!
Andrea R. Bohler is a Talent Acquisition Leader responsible for recruiting highly skilled Distributors nationwide. Her responsibilities include: recruiting high performing Distributors, managing the full cycle recruiting process, develop & maintaining relationships with external employment sources, ensure recruiting and hiring practices are in compliant with government regulations. Andrea comes to Dudley following a wildly successful corporate career in sales and marketing for corporations such as: L’Oreal, Coca Cola, Carla’s Daughter, and Cardinal Health.
To be an effective leader who leads by example, Andrea also works as a Senior Partner Distributor servicing the South Carolina markets, which lead her to earning the coveted Dudley Distributor Rookie of the Year Award for 2016 within 5 months of being a Full time Distributor.
Ms. Bohler has an MBA from Colorado Tech University. She loves children and serves in Youth ministry at Covenant Love Church.
